Summary: I've had this A-700 tablet since July 2013. Overall, it pretty good and probably worth the price. The kids love it. There are some Negatives to report: 1. The screen image is KILLED almost completely in sunlight. If you planned to use this tablet outdoors or in a car in sunlight, forget it. 2.
Summary: All in all I LOVED this tablet until my wifi started to go on the fritz. It looks every bit as good as an iPad and I was able to buy 2 for the price of one decent iPad.
Pros: This tablet is really fast, looks and feels very solid, has great audio and the display is AMAZING! I've taken some time getting used to using it. I'm a photographer, so I mostly used it to store galleries on to show potential clients. Being a Mac / iPhone user it has taken me a while to get used...
Cons: When I finally started really using my tablet I started having some wifi problems. I assumed that my home router was going out since my A700 had been working so well in the house. I love to use it to watch movies on at night, but soon every time I started any streaming service it would start buff...
Summary: Not much to praise about with this tablet. Much to complain about sadly. First off the 1920x1200 display we shouldve been thrilled about sadly is not worth anything with the dim lighting offered to show it off.
Summary: I bought this tablet to use in my college classes, and it really is great for that. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until after I had owned it for a week or two that Adobe discontinued support of Flash Player on Android 4.0 and after.
Pros: -Large screen -High definition -easy to use -Very fast processor -long battery life
Cons: -No flash support -can't be charged with a regular USB cable
Great Tablet But Sluggish OS Needs Update Fast!!! "Disappointed In Acer"

Summary: If you really have the extra money to get something better (Not going to call out names lol), don't buy this tablet! Please! (T_T), I was thinking or returning the tablet back to newegg, but after i saw a video on the jelly bean update on it, and how it fixed a lot of issues with the tablet, (heat,...
Pros: 1920x1200 Wonder Res! Regular mini Usb 2.0 Screen Orientation Lock Button (i like this future :D) Grippy body (My mom has the asus transformer prime and i prefer holding my acer to hers due to the bulky feel without sharp edges)
Cons: 1, Heat Issue!!!, This did not take out an egg. I have had the tablet shutdown, and Re-boot on me twice due to excess heat! (-__-) 2, Most sluggish tablet i have ever used. This took out an egg, because even after multiple updates, I am very very disappointed in Acer for selling a tablet that is ...
Summary: Hard to tell yet since there are only a couple of HD tablets. Acer and Asus ..it a little too early to say if HD screens are really the way to go in a tablet..i agree with a lot of other reviews that both the brands mentioned there is a big performance issue due to the extra pixles..
Fire for Fireman, hot tablet it might even be overheating

Summary: I was excited to get my A700 because I love Acer laptops. Acer tablets have let me down with my experience with the a700. Pros Nice UI Tegra 3 quad Android 4.0 1080p Cons Heat,Overheating Couple of random shutdowns/restart No 1080p apps
Summary: Really wanted to like this tablet. But, in the end I had to return it. I own a Xoom and Galaxy Tab 10, this tablet felt every bit as solid and the screen was simply brilliant, even compared to the Samsung! But.....this thing does get warm/hot.
Summary: I had been waiting for the a700. This unit has the same styling as the a510 but the hd screen is really bright and rivals the iPad I terms of brightness. The extra hd res is noticeable in most tetra 3 games. There are only a hand full of games that support the chipset.
Summary: I bought this tablet the first day it came out here on amazon, and what i noticed right out of the box was that the screen color is very warm, meaning that the whites tend to look a little on the yellowish warm side.
