good size but a little slow

Jose L. Castro, Amazon
2 April 2014
  • Summary: The tablet has a good size and very friendly management but it's rather slow, particularly for streaming videos, and your fingerprints will remain all over the screen.

  • Summary: I think that for someone who is looking to get a pretty good tablet for not alot of money this may fit the bill.
  • Pros: I like the hdmi and sd card capability
  • Cons: performance is so, so and the case felt cheap for the money

  • Summary: This product is a good entry level tablet. I bought it to try and use flash on the unit. Super slow and quirky. Used to iPad.
  • Pros: Easy to use
  • Cons: Battery life

This was suppose to be a new item - it is not

Steve Whitney, Amazon
29 January 2014
  • Summary: I was going to purchase a refurbished unit but then I decided to buy "NEW" Acer. well there are many scratches with 8 or so deep scratches on the back of the unit. This is not a new item and I would like to receive some money back 20 % of the cost or $25.00. I have not seen any operation issues at this time. Not a happy camper.. False advertisement. See the Guidelines for "NEW" items. I purchase a lot of items through Amazon - A reputable company.

Android 4.1.2 SO WHAT?!!

Mark Strombotne, Amazon
23 March 2013
  • Summary: The A110 is a nice tab, plenty fast. But! The 4.1.2 UI two finger tap is not user friendly. The thin shader bar is too hard to hit acuratly. The A100 with 4.0.3 is eazer to use.

Good value but product could be better

Battery Purchaser, Amazon
10 March 2013
  • Summary: The tablet is a good value, but if you're used to an iphone 5 or kindle fire, you'll be disappointed with the screen resolution. Also, the usb to wall adapter broke in the first few days when we tried to detach it. The manufacturer sent another one but still, the adapter is poorly designed.

The acer iconia tab does its job but too pricey

motherofmom, Viewpoints
20 January 2013
  • Excerpt: I got the acer iconia tab as a gift and actually had to return it to store. I noticed the screen was cracked a little after only using it 3 weeks. But, the 3 weeks I did have it, it did pretty good at looking things up on the internet and I was able to quickly learn how to use it. The size was perfect for me. It was easy to hold and read my books. I could even take it out in the sun and read the screen. It was a little hard to read but it wasnt too bad.
