Summary: It was always a bit glitchy, GPS never worked well. This was a gift and it wasn't used very often so it was overlooked. Then it stopped charging! Acer customer service is horrible! The tablet was under warranty and they wanted us to pay for shipping so they could fix it.
Summary: After 1 year, this tablet is in very bad shape despite I take very care. The plastic cracked on the corners, the HDMI is dead and the micro USB connector as well. No way to charge it anymore ... I was happy at the beginning but this tablet is not reliable and the 1 year guarantee is over ...
Summary: I got this tablet last year, it worked perfectly for 6 months, but then it stopped charging. Now i have a useless tab. Really dissapointed because i really loved it but now it's not working at all.
Summary: After 6 months still under warranty, When I disconnecting the charger plug from the outlet socket, the socket detached from the motherboard. The socket is soldered to the board with low guage riboon cable, Acer would not replace the board,
Summary: Ill leave my original review below this to show just how my opinion has changed in the months of owning this tablet. Ive now had this tablet for nearly 4 months, and its on its way out to be repaired for THE SECOND TIME!! The screen burns out and gets spots in it very quickly.
Lower end of the back panel chips off and develops cracks

Summary: The device itself is excellent. However, this device develops cracks on the lower back panel. My device has never fallen down and has been in a protective case the entire time. Acer will not fix the device.
Summary: First let me start out by saying that Acer has terrible customer service. Pray that nothing ever goes wrong with the device and that you do not have to deal with Acer for repairs. I purchase 2 of these devices as Christmas gifts for my Niece and Nephew they no longer are able to be recharged.
