Summary: When I bought this tablet 3 years ago, this was the only option for a 7 inch android at that time. Having said that, I have no regrets. I have been using it for three years without any issues (though headphone port doesn't work anymore). It has been a handy companion for me on several occasions.
Summary: Pros: 1) 7 in size for a portable table is the perfect balance:1. big enough to read a book 2) small enough to carry it around in your coat pocket. Small enough to use it as a GPS in 2) Has a memory extension slot-> my tablet had now 48 GB storage.
Excerpt: I may have only had this tablet for some time but it has been the most best time having it. It has help me get to stuff and get to doing things i have needed to do. I have to say the speed is awesome and i have had no freeze ups nor need to hard reset this tablet at this time.
Pros: Fast, quick, precise, Some prices you can find for less then 200, Has Tegra 2 chip in it with 1 GB of ram, 2 models 8 or 16 GB
Cons: Battery needs to be little more better, Place of speakers is fine however at the bottom i would rather have them on the sides
Summary: The Acer Iconia a100 is definitely the best bang for your buck for an android tablet this side of China. It has lightning fast processing speed with a whole Gb of ram (compared to the Kindle Fire's 512mb), great Android market compatability, and a high-end feel to it that you don't get with tabs of...
Summary: For starters, I'm terrible at not breaking fragile things like smart phones and laptops, which usually only last me a few months before a charge port or the screen breaks. The iconia a100 has survived 3 months in my hands, and shows little wear.
Summary: Got this item because I thought they would sell out I'm not sure why it has not sold out yet, I've played around with some of the higher end Android tablet's and I have to say that acer puts out some of the best Android tablets.
