Summary: The tablet cuts off and fails to execute software tasks , I am going to have to find someone to get he device to work properly, because it does not at this time or else I have lost the value of the gift card used to make the purchase and the addition 2o buck s spent on the device.
Summary: awaiting on seller to get back to me, this has crash a few times and un able to update it for hours then when i ca it crtashes again , i had to go and buy a nd brand new one at 20 quid more than i paid for this

Summary: We have three of these tablets for each of our children. Two tablets have been ok and are working as you would expect. The third tablet we have had problems with. It's gone wrong three times in 6 months. The aftercare service in my opinion isn't good. I am not happy with how they have handled the issues we have had with the tablet and would not buy from them again.
POSTAGE FOR REPAIRS WILL COST MORE THAN DEVICE - NOT FIT FOR SALE!!

Summary: I don't normally write reviews, just click the excellent boxes when I'm happy with a one liner. However, this takes the biscuit. I purchased this device for my daughter for Christmas and had it sent to my sister in the UK (I live in Ireland) - all was well until 3 months later the screen was un-responsive in places (you'd have to turn the tablet different ways in order to get it to recognise the touch to even power it off - also the charger didn't work).
Summary: I bought this because I couldn't afford a better one. I noticed it was playing up a bit six months after i bought it, the screen wasn't rolling smoothly and it was jumping. Now it refuses to connect to the internet, the wi fi logo refuses to appear and despite it recognising the router and the signal strength being excellent it will not connect. Looked on line and its a software failure. Wish I had saved the money and waited.

Summary: I bought this item for my teenage daughter. She is a very responsible girl who looks after her things, but the screen shattered apparently for no reason. It wasn't dropped or mishandled, but was left on her bed. The next time she went to use it the damage was apparent. And since I bought it via Amazon, the company who sold it refused to do anything about it. I would not recommend this tablet to my worst enemy. My daughter was gutted.
