Summary: I really wanted to like this tablet because of the TSV price and the fact it had the additional micro SD slot so I could expand the memory but unfortunately I found my eyes got very tired after a short time of using the tablet despite adjusting the brightness etc. Shame. I called customer service on the 29th March to arrange collection of the product and finally after many emails and phone calls, Acer are coming to collect it on the 3rd May!!
Summary: I found this tablet very easy to use the set up was simple and downloading apps etc was really easy. It just didn't do enough for me, as a entry level tablet it would be great . But many things I wanted to use on it were not supported. Adobe flash wouldn't work and lots of games and Apps require this. Very simple tablet worth the money but just not what I wanted.
Summary: Went for the 32GB option, but not sure I needed it. It's a good little device, a good weight, and the battery life is good, too - certainly better than my small Samsung laptop. Have found myself using it a lot when I can't be bothered to wait for the laptop to get online, and it's handy for Facebooking and QVC browsing.
Summary: Being a bit of a Technophobe, I felt very brave ordering a Tablet, albeit a cheap one from QVC. Studied the many TSV shows throughout the day and decided to go ahead with my purchase-after all seemed easy to take photographs given lovely ones on display!! Other than managing to take photos of myself, couldn't work out what I was meant to look through. Okay, it does state front-facing camera BUT to a Technophobe this didn't really mean a great deal.
Summary: I have been looking for a cheap tablet for a while even though I am a fan of a very well known make. I thought this would be the answer. Although the screen definition is brilliant and its easy to use, the reaction time when touching the screen was quite slow. I found it a bit clunky compared to my favourite brand. Disappointingly, I am now returning it and have purchased my favourite brand and 5 times the cost!
Summary: I agree with a couple of the reviewers, a case would have been good. Delivery too expensive. Received later than normal, this is why 2stars have been removed. The 16gb is worth it. Tablet does what i expected.
Summary: Charged as per instructions and managed to set up ok. Noticed that the screen has a couple of blurred and colour impigment spots on it but thought I'd work through this and hoped that this might be because the tablet was new. What has really frustrated me is the slow response when on a website. Then decided to look up other reviews and noticed I wasnt the only one with this opinion.
Summary: Acer Tablet arrived very prompt on the morning of 28th March, It was well packed & easy to set-up. I played about with Tablet adding my type of Apps. and noted over the last 5 x days that even if only using for a few hours battery was going into red & finally asking for a Charge, yet battery was to last 5hrs. It was also dissapointing to note there was no HDMI cable or USB Slot & yes having sent info to Lee Horbein the QVC Tech.
Summary: I am on the verge of sending this back for the following reasons, to start with the camera is front facing (maybe they said this in the presentation but I didn't pick up on it) yet the instruction manual (downloaded from internet onto my laptop) clearly gives instruction on how to take pictures and videos, how to crop etc - just not possible with this tablet.
Summary: Found this tablet to be slow in responding, surprised it has not got a large USB port for flash drives, only one micro SD slot, no HDMI, sound could be better, too low, no screen protector and no case. Not for me, sending it back. Also there was no QVC Delivery note attached to the packaging or inside the parcel, which was sent direct from the supplier.
