Summary: No more of these tires for me. I bought a used MKX with these and they were more noisy than I thought they should be, but when it was time for new ones I bought the same ones. About halfway through their tread life, I thought my wheel bearings we're going bad.
Summary: I bought my MKX with the Pirellis as the OEM tires and the car had 100k miles on it. At 104K, my tire guy said I should replace them as there was some cracking but plenty of tread. He said these were the original tires. Of course, I bought them again and rotate them every 5k miles.
Summary: These tires were the OEM for my vehicle and I really liked how they performed and held up, especially with an AWD to get the milage I got I wasn't going to chance anything else. My motto is if it isn't broke don't fix it, so I bought them again.
Summary: Most of my driving is long distance highway. At high speeds I have always had a vibration. After having the tires rotated and balanced the vibrations remained. The wear on the outside edge of the tires was noticeable shortly after I purchased the new truck.
Summary: Probably the best tires I have ever owned. Still plenty of tread after 56K miles. Very smooth ride. Driven in Buffalo NY winter and Louisiana summer heat. Great traction in snow, heavy rain and dry pavement.
Summary: These tires came with my new truck. I drive mostly around town in a conservative manner. I had higher expectations than 26k miles. The dealership tells me that the same tire they sale is better than the factory issued one. Give me a break. Same tire will yield the same result.
