Summary: Got 18,000 on this set and 10,000 on last set. These so called energy saving tires don't last. Michelin please focus your efforts on improving quality. I am going to try a set of pilots next time before I change brands.
Summary: The tires I purchased were the exact same as the original equipment on my 2011 Ford Fusion. They were dependable, reliable and gave me 65.000 miles of service. No need looking for a better mousetrap.
Summary: My husband has put Michelins on my car for years and this year was no different. He put on the Energy Saver. This winter has been terrible. I am not able to make it up hills, slide sideways and am having great trouble even stopping. I am not an aggressive driver. Very cautious. I have become fearful of driver on snowy roads. Am wondering if I will have trouble on wet roads this summer since there does not seem to be any traction.
Summary: Before I got my new tires I thought the roads were really rough. Needless to say, when I got the new Michelin tires and started driving I thought I was driving on AIR!! I couldn't believe the difference the new ones made. The tires that were replaced were Michelin also but had been on my care for several yeares as I do not drive that much due to my age! I really recommend Michelin tires. Thank you for letting me express my pleasure and comments.
Summary: I replaced my 2011 Nissan LEAF stock Ecopia EP422 with this tire (exact model #: 08947) and after almost a month since I got them, I'm VERY happy with this choice. My biggest concern was mileage. For an electric car getting every miles out every kWh of energy stored in the battery is critical: it increases the range of the car.
