Summary: Norway, Arctic Russia, Siberia, Kazakhstan steppe...all in winter, these tyres managed everything I threw at them...only had to go to chains in the deepest off-road snow...Noisy on the tarmac but then my truck is modified with little soundproofing...Handled the sand and stone of the central deserts of Syria, Turkey, and Jordan's Wadi Rum easily...mud and wet sand with ease..
Summary: I've got a set of 315/70/17 on my Ram 2500 4X4 and they are GREAT!! These tires have about 38,000 miles on them and its about for a new set. I'm sure I will love the new ones even more. Christmas of 2012 I took a 265 mile road trip through the mountains in a snow storm and the only issue I had was other drivers having trouble on the hills. It seems like lighter trucks have more trouble with these tires, but as for me and my Ram 2500 these tires are perfect. GO KUMHO!!
Summary: Had the 315/75/r16's with a 6" lift. Noise level is the best of any mud tire I've ever owned until they get to about 30% and then they get much louder. I got 38,000 out of my first set with rotation every 6k and sold the truck with the 2nd set. Getting 35x12.5r20s on the new Tahoe this week I hope this size rides as smooth as the last. For the Louisiana mud these tires are incredible. I could go in 2wd drive where I need 4 wheel in my new Tahoe with nitto's.
Summary: Theese tyres at my LADA NIVA are the best 80\20 tyres i've ever tried. When the road is dry i can hear a noise at 100Kmph but not so annoying. The same at wet road but the size of my tyres is bigger and i cant break so easy thats why i rated snow with 3 and handling 2.
Summary: I have had these on my lifted 84 Jeep CJ in 33 10.50 15. It is restored and very clean and has a 360 in it. It only gets driven in the nice weather. I have had them on for a few years now and maybe have 1000 miles, but I can say they are extremely quiet especially for as agressive as they are and are a great street tire.
