Think About What You Need
31 March 2014
Summary: Just coming out of a tough, snowy winter. This tire is great if there is a bit of snow on the road, say two inches or over. It pulls the vehicle right along and handles well. However, it doesn't perform well at all if the snow gets packed down and icy.
Summary: I purchased these tires new about 6 months ago. Thus far, I've put about 6,000 miles on them. Looks wise, these tires are very stylish. Their aggressive looking tires and do a fine job complimenting any rim. I use mine with the black facing out to compliment the black rims on my Xterra and it looks genuine bad ass. Ride quality is fantastic. As has been mentioned here numerous times, excellent ride quality all around. There is darn close to zero highway noise.
Summary: I put a set of these on my 2004 Ford Explorer back in 2009, which is our "extra vehicle" we use for trips up to the ski hill, camping, and dirty duty. 40,000 miles later, they appear to have at least half of their tread left. Any tire with a tread pattern this aggressive is going to be a little noisy at speed, and these are no different. But - they look great, handle well enough for their purpose, and offroad/wet/snow performance is right up there.
DynaproATm Rotten to horrible traction in snow. Be warned.

Summary: If all you do is cruise around on paved or graded roads, by all means buy these tires. They are fine for looks and treadwear. However, my mileage dropped at least 2mpg over the stock tires (2008 Silverado Crew Cab 4WD) and don't even bother using them in snow. These things are like driving on the proverbial banana peels. I'm getting rid of them ASAP, I mean like tomorrow.
Summary: Received these the next day with standard shipping! These tires are great, my previous hankook dynapros lasted me about six years. If you want a tire that last and has a slow tread wear, then these are the tires!
Summary: I put a set of 31x10.5 x 16 on my wrangler. the owner of the off road place had them on his truck and he recommended them. WOW what a great ride and when I air down to 16psi for off road my friends are shocked at how awesome they are on the rocks they grip like crazy glue. my friend did some research on them because he supposedly has the kevlar best rated off road tire and I crawl past him with no wheel spin. he says these rare rated C1 in rubber type very soft grip.
Summary: I have a Tacoma with the stock size 265-65 R17 tires. I have about 53K miles on them and they are getting near hitting the wear bar. I lost 0.6-0.7 MPG when I switched to these tires from the Dueler H/Ts before these, but they are an awesome tire. I've had it in the snow, wet, dry, dirt....it has phenomenal performance. I definitely thought these tires had good snow performance, which is why I got these.
