that's been an excellent decision as these are by far the best non-snow ...

Summary: Having a few motorcycles and working from home, the majority of my driving is spent in snow, since we live in the CO mountains and my truck mainly gets me to and from the ski slopes when it's dumping pow. I didn't want dedicated snow tires since I'm too lazy to switch, and I needed something that would work for getting to off-road campsites in the summer, so, on the advice of some guys who service oil rigs in Alberta, Canada, I opted for the Duratrac.
They call some tires "All-Terrain". Hardly. These are a perfect 50/50 balance of on/off road in my opinion.

Summary: I have had dozens of different brands and treads of tires on pickups, cars, and SUV's. From dry pavement, to snow & ice, to rain, to clay mud, to extreme rock crawling, this tire gives a fantastic balance of all-around traction. I'd say when it comes to my Jeep Rubicon and my work truck, this is my favorite tire. When you compare it to other "all-terrain" tires, these win hands down on versatility and price too. You have to buy a tire that suits your needs.
Summary: Very Nice!! Really grips the road, and more importantly, OFF road traction is GREAT !! There is very little to no road noise. They mounted up and balanced up nicely. Will update when I try them out in the snow this winter.
Summary: Put on 2005 Xterra and the ride and grip were great but the noise on highway unbearable, so took them off and sold them; reviews of being quiet on Jeeps have me asking if it is a better application or weight because they were load enough to be annoying. Now shopping for replacements for some half worn Michelins that are very quiet but lack the the wet road traction and in turn stability.
Summary: After lots of research, I installed these on my 2003, 3/4-ton Chevy Duramax 2500HD Diesel, 4X4 to replace my old GoodYear Silent Armor Pro Grades because I wanted something with a more aggressive profile. Goodyear here on Ohau was actually cheaper than Amazon with the grand total, installation, balance and lifetime flat repair coming out to, $1315.81 for 4 tires.
Summary: Awesome tires! Purchased these for my husbands f-150 while we are in Alaska because you can't find them up here. They got here quickly and a great price. The only thing I've noticed is they throw rocks because they get stuck in the grooves.
Summary: Bought for my 2009 Silverado. These tires will crawl through pretty much anything. Snow, sand, mud, you name it. Surprsingly, they are not noisy either. They do not have the typical "singing" or "whomp whomp whomp" of mud tires when driving, even at high speeds. Highly reccomend these tires. Also, they dont not seem to wear very fast at all. Put 5k miles on them, and they still look brand new.
