Summary: Awesome tire! Three thumbs up Cooper tire! Need a size 285 65 18, I take them everywhere and anywhere, never a chance of getting stuck unless you high center badly. Didn't drive with these in the freezing icy cold, I never do with and M/T tire, I'm not an idiot.
Summary: Put these on both of my 4x4 ford rangers absolutely the best iv had so far great in everything but ice but thats a no brainer put alittle weight in the back and no problems in snow. Great on the highway for a mt tire and outstanding in the mud and hills.
Summary: Fantastic looking tyres, great grip even on tarmac, considering that they are mud tyres. Only fault would be the noise level, but you quickly learn to live with that when you see how awesome they look. Seem to be wearing well to, might get the 100000k suggested out of them.
Summary: Great in deep snow & mud. At 10,000 miles, good wear although tires seem to hum more than when new. However, they are a serious mud tire and are perfect for Midwestern mud & snow. Will buy another set when these wear out.
Excerpt: Pretty happy with these tires, bought in the 315/75/R16 variety. Have had only for 3 months. VERY good offroad traction, rock, mud, dirt etc. They have taken the Cruiser a lot of places most people wouldn't even think possible.
Summary: Absolutly poor treadlife. tires worn out before 20,000 miles. I expected much better from this tire. goes anywhere but just no longevity. I work in a garage so jeep is up on PM and tire rotation.
Summary: I have these mounted on a mostly trail Jeep CJ7. Even on a lifted vehicle, they track very nice down the highway at 70+ MPH. Never had an issue off road, they work very well in deep mud as well as general trails. In snow, they are just average. Overall, for what I need, they work very well.
Summary: Did well off the road, wore out after 30,000 miles. If you live in the midwest or in a mountainous area I would NOT reccomend these tires. They are terrible in the snow. They will get you out of any mud.
