Summary: Would not recommend. Not only did I lose MPG when putting these tires on but the ride changed from comfortable to bad. Lost between 3-6 mpg. Did not make a difference if it was city or highway.
Summary: Bought all 4 tires 3 months ago with front end alignment.. started out great nice and quite..put less than 5k on them...experience bad vibration both in steering wheel and seat had them re balanced and still bad vibrations. The tire place I bought them from is replacing them...and they recommend not going back to Cooper ...they said I was the third customer they were doing this for.
Summary: Change oil at 3,200 to 3,500 miles/ 5Qt. system. Most times I rotate tires every other oil change _ some times after the third oil change. I monitor air pressure with a quality gauge and use recommended pressure as posted in door frame. Most driving is back and forth to work ( 17 Mi each way) typical paved community roads. We take short local weekend trips highway, 100 mi each way. After 32,000 Mi.
Summary: Worst tires I have ever had. Saw the 70000 mile warranty and thought it would be a good purchase even though they were expensive. Turned out they were worse than the cheaper brands I usually buy. In 2 years (less than 30000 miles) I have had 3 punctures, and 2 replacements. The tire is very soft - not durable at all. Kept getting punctured. Had to replace two tires. One had a side wall issue and the other had a puncture that was not reparable.
Summary: After 80,000 miles I still have treadlife in these tires. Best wearing tire for my SUV. Tried Toyo, Michelin, Continental but Cooper CTS was by far the best wearing - other owners complain of punctures, but I drive on farm roads - and fields - and just recently had my first flat - sharp rock.
Summary: Great snow performance... However, tread life expectation is never what any tire manufacturer claims it will be. My second set of CSTs and will put them on my wife's new Equinox when the need arises.
