Great headworn mic for price!

 • Excerpt: It doesn't offer the most crisp reproduction (as opposed to a Countryman E6), but good enough if you aren't looking for extremely minute details that only shows up on a spectrogram. It's great if you are looking for sound isolation, it was much better than my Countryman (or possibly any other omnidirectional mics) at not picking up ambience noise- most probably due to the fact that this is cardioid and very directional.
 • Pros: Durable, Sound-isolating
 • Cons: Can Be Uncomfortable, Hard To Wear

 • Excerpt: I have an indoor cycling studio and this "hard wired" mic is my reliable backup if we ever have problems with our wireless transmitter/receiver. It delivers clean, crisp audio and holds up well to moisture. You can't go wrong with this one!
 • Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality
 • Cons: Hard to Clean

Good Microphone

 • Excerpt: I use this product for my web show.

Looks profesional and is easy to use.

The sound is kind of muffled but then again I think it was made that way on purpose in order to not pick up background noise. I'm not big sound pro like most of the people on here so I cant go into a lot of technical detail. Like I said it does sound a little muffled but I fix this with the equalizer on Imovie.

Great Professional Product

 • Excerpt: I am a Rock lead guitarist/singer who plays midi synthesized bass pedals. I play standing up! It's hard to be glued to a boom stand singing while trying to monitor where my hands are on the guitar and where my right foot is on the pedals. The headset mic was the perfect solution. It stays in place on my head well and sounds as good (probably better) than my Shure SM58 and Shure Beta 58. It seems to be better with controlling feedback than the stand-held mics.

Good but not perfect

Bill the AV Guy, B&H Photo
17 February 2011
 • Excerpt: We use this headworn mic at my church for the leader of a chanting group. The unit is comfortable and lightweight, and the sound quality is very good. The defect we have found is that the mic boom that extends from the ear to the mouth is not sufficiently adjustable to fit smaller heads. It works fine on the men who have tried it, but the mic cannot be made to stay put when adjusted for a woman with a petite head.
 • Pros: Comfortable, Great Sound Quality, Lightweight
 • Cons: Unstable
