Excerpt: I have just had it for a little while, but it seems sturdy. The sound quality is good, though the bass roll off is a bit heavy so the low end is not so good. Still there is no hum at typical levels of gains.
Excerpt: Affordable and with great sound quality. Works perfectly with my C100 without any issues. XLR connection and powered through phantom. No battery needed. Low to zero interference noise. Why is the windscreen ginormous?
Excerpt: I am a novice when it comes to recording voice. Initially I thought there was too much background noise using these mics. Then I ordered the Cardioid Shure MX-185 to compare. It picks up the same amount of noise so I returned it. I just need a quieter room. Ha! I use them for video interviews and they work great and they are much smaller than the MX-185.
Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight, Versatile
Excerpt: Great sound quality at a great price. I used this mic for the first time at a printing shop. I'm working with the owner to do some web videos. I wanted a wired mic to not have to worry about interference. I hooked it up to my H4 Zoom and bingo great sound, right out of the box.
Excerpt: I bought this to used with my Zoom H4N recorder. However the preamp is out on the machine (which supplies the phantom power). Luckily I had a separate pre amp to use. The mic works well, it's clear and sharp not at all tintly or thin sounding. It's worth the price I paid.
