Excellent Durable Microphone

Excerpt: I purchased two of these microphones for church use, primarily vocal music and spoken word. The construction quality and durability are great. And the sound for voice is very good. I especially like not having to worry about an occasional drop or bump. The included cable is satisfactory, but it has a stiff jacket that prevents it from staying flat on the floor, creating a tripping hazard.
Pros: Clear Sound, Durable, Easy To Use, Versatile
Excerpt: This mic is built like a tank, very rugged and tough. Bought two of these to use in general purpose church vocal music and spoken word. I like the design and the audio quality. The output level is relatively low, partially due to not being a condenser mic. Make sure you have loud sound levels or good gain in your preamp. The included cable is fairly stiff, and it will not lay flat on the floor like a good elastomer-based cable.
Summary: This wireless mic was purchased as an upgrade to the Church's PA. Shure Quality + Battery Level meter, and remote / dual rack mountable antenna. The built-in Shure Companding on Voice, is the only feature that is not likeable. I plan to buy 1 or 2 more SHURE SLX2s.
Product was new as described. Awesome fast delivery!! Thanks

Summary: Awesome Mic! SM58 are to the go to mic. I dropped the one I had for several years and would cost just as much to fix then to replace it. The mid range frequency and lows are freaking awesome. I have tried several other mics but alway came back to the SM58. I use the SM57 to mic up my amp. Shure makes great products and I will continue to use them. I highly recommend Shure products.
Summary: This was my first microphone purchase, i was impressed with the results of using this mike. The range is quite good, went to different parts of the house and the mike worked very well. No distortion noted.
