Summary: This is by far the best headset mic in the industry. It is clear, no feed back, and it fits your head to a tee. I have used other mics that go around behind your head and cost 3 times the amount of this mic, those my friend are really terrible compared to this mic. It is not a condenser mic, so no need for phantom power. I have also used wireless mics and I have had nothing but trouble with them, even after spending over $800. on one.
Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight
Excerpt: My first one is over 5 years old and while showing signs of wear, still works well. It's just not as tight as it once was. But using it 5 days a week for nearly 2/3 of the year. It's held up pretty well.

Excerpt: I just used this product recently & was very impressed with the sound. I normally use a vocal condenser microphone & am used to the response of that. But for this being a dynamic microphone, it had a very natural sound. I enjoyed using it so much that I'm in the proccess of purchasing one!
Excerpt: I've used this Mic for almost ten years and it's my favorite. The sound is great considering the size of the diaphragm, it responds like an SM58 for vocals but without the stand :) but an SM58 has a Diaphragm double the size(diameter)because of that you get much less feedback too when close to speakers and monitors, a real classic from shure. I've tried the wireless version too but this one is the most professional and flexible headset mic I ever seen.
