Way better than most USB mics and will make you forget it's digital.

Summary: This mic sounds above and beyond what you might think a USB mic sounds like. It's a little bright for me though. I would really like to try the Shure PG27-USB to see if has stronger bass and a little less on the highs—all around smoother. I have tried a handful of USB mics. This one could honestly fool you. It sounds like an analog condenser plugged into a console. It also has a 34.9mm large capsule.
Excerpt: I suggested the mic for a female VO artist, and while it's quiet and has great transient response, I think the PG27 would have been a better choice for her voice. The upper end boost was a little overbearing. Male voices on the otherhand, should really cut through. Nice suspension mount included.
Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Easy To Use, Lightweight
Excerpt: I use the mic for my home studio...its great...sound quality is amazing...provides a great recording experience...only con I noticed is that it picks up a bit too much on "hiss like" sounds, like it over emphasizes on "S" sounds, but this can be taking care of through mastering ofcorse...
