Excerpt: No matter how many times we tell the talent to be careful, eventually they yank on the mic cord and ruin another lav. I've purchased many of the ME2s and will continue to do so. They sound great and they're affordable.
Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight, Versatile
Excerpt: This microphone is the best lav I've ever owned. It sounds great for interview applications and other forms of ENG style shooting. I would recommends this product to anyone who is looking for a microphone that is easily hide able, meaning is small enough to tuck under a shirt or other form of clothing without giving the impression that someone is even wearing a microphone. It's not an eye sore persey.
Excerpt: I use this microphone for video interviews. It is a replacement for my old one as the wire has worn and exposed the metal inside. I was worried that it might cause problems and thought it was best to have a new one.
Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Easy To Use, Lightweight, Versatile
Excerpt: I'm using this with my Zoom H1 and also connecting it directly to my Panasonic GH3. I wanted a mic that wasn't too expensive, but still sounded good, and this fit the bill. Nice low end, but very omni-directional, so keep that in mind. I did have a problem connecting it directly to the Zoom - it would cut out and come out because of the extra screw-on connector designed to attach to Sennheiser's wireless transmitter.
Excerpt: I bought this to replace another ME2 mic that got damaged on a shoot. To be fair, the cast of the show really worked hard to destroy my mic. These are great mics that are work horses for GH2 system. As I mostly do camera, these fit my needs very well for those shoots where you have to one man band it.
