A Great Deal!

  • Summary: I use Neumann, AKG, Mojave Audio, Sennheiser and Rode mics in my studio. I sometimes prefer this mic over Neumann for close micing, especially when cutting acoustic/vocal tracks. It's very detailed presence is flawless and velvety smooth without accentuating any unnecessary higher frequencies.

  • Summary: You can spend any ridiculous amount on Condenser Mics as you like so it was with trepidation that I bought this one, although it had been recommended to me. It has a quality that belies its price and I would recommend this to anyone who want to record vocals and acoustic instruments alike.
