Summary: These less expensive Mic's have a way of distorting sound, or they are so touchee that they squeek or humm. This one works well. Volume is a bit lower, but it has a way of blocking out ambient sounds.
Summary: Why would anyone buy this microphone? I play harmonica, and needed a mike that I could hold in my hand, along with a large 16 hole "Super 64" or "Goliath Echo" harmonica. This microphone with it's fine trim shape allows me to do just this. It sounds very impressive and looks pretty slick with it's satin metallic finish. A plus is the on/off switch is located in an easily accessible area.
Summary: Plastic, lightweight mic. Surprizingly decent sounding. Can't beat the price. Outfit your kid's entire band. Comes with high impedance cable, but powerful sound plugged in with low impedance cable. Would not recommend for pro's.
Summary: These look and sound just great. I am using these for audio recording only, just talk, no singing. I thought they where metal but the are not, Plastic. SO I hope that no shock will be the norm.
Summary: I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT TO GO WITH MY KARAOKE MACHINE. I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY BECAUSE WE GET REALLY DRUNK AT MY PARTIES AND THEY GET BROKEN. I HAVEN'T ACTUALLY GOT TO PLAY WITH THEM YET.
overall good general purpose microphone for a bargain price.

Summary: I bought this mic for karaoke and so my kids could practice their singing at home with a mic for church performances. It serves the purpose very well. It looks like brushed metal and was even described as metal in the description when I bought it, but it is actually very sturdy plastic.
Summary: I am very pleased with this mic! I needed a talkback mic in my studio control room that I didn't have to get so close to. I wasn't really expecting to get this type of sound for the money but I have been very pleased. It's definitly not a recording mic but is great for my purpose....Get it!!!!
