Amazing mic for the price!

  • Summary: This is the perfect mic for somebody just getting into ribbon mics and wants to use them to expand the types of sounds he/she can get in the studio. It sounds great right out of the box. (you have to be sure that there is enough tension on the ribbon though. They can get damaged during shipping but it is a quick fix.) Also, these mics are a great modding platform.

Natural and rich, warm vocal sound.

  • Summary: This ribbon microphone allows a distinctly different, much warmer vocal sound to come through. When I rehearse with this Nady microphone, I very much enjoy the warm, old-style although very clear sound that it conveys to the listener.
  • Pros: Clear Sound, Easy To Use, Powerful, Professional Functions, Versatile

What a suprise!

  • Summary: I have been recording by myself and with friends for about 5 years now. I have been wanting a ribbon mic for a long time and decided to get this one due to reviews and price. I was more than suprised at how responsive and accurate the sound replication was.. I have used it for open room recording, guitar cab recording and overhead drum recording: all have sounded spectacular.
  • Pros: Clear Sound, Easy To Use, Versatile
  • Cons: Breaks Easily
