It features a noise cancelling mechanism that reduces the external sounds to provide a clear audio. It also comes with a power switch that lights up when the microphone is active and in use. I have a desktop USB mic from Logitech. I am trying to use it in a powerpoint presentation on an XP system. However, the background noise is so overwhelming voice can barely be heard. ANY suggestions would be most helpful!! Thank you.
