Drum overheads and guitar cabs.

englishpigdog, Ebay
9 June 2014
  • Summary: Go-to mic for drum overheads and Glyn John's drum mic technique. Snare jumps out in a good way....also great paired up with the Beyer M201 dynamic mic on guitar cabs. Have a pair of these and would not mind another pair for the mic locker.

Money well spent

god_fodder, Ebay
5 January 2014
  • Summary: Just a beautiful little mic that has a smooth sound. The difference between it and the SM57 I was using before is striking. The M160 is fatter, cleaner, and much easier on the ears. Plus, it's a ribbon mic that can being put right up against the grill of a guitar amp. What's not to love?
