  • Summary: This is a very good usable mic. I have used them for years without problems. The only down side is the power supply/preamp .

These worked exceptionally well.

  • Excerpt: Used three of these for a town meeting in a room with terrible acoustics. They worked great. One of the mics sounded a little bit metalic but I think that had to do with the soundboard we were using. In a small conference room, one mic covers the entire room. The only thing I wish they had was a mute toggle button but for the price they are very good for speech applications.
  • Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight

  • Excerpt: These boundary mics are just the thing when you have multiple speakers for instance. I put two on a tabletop while the presenters were using their computers and the audio was clear and crisp, with no hint of feedback. The most surprising aspect was that the mic rejected the ambient sounds like table pops and people using their keyboards, and didnt sacrifice vocal clarity... and the mic never clipped at all.
  • Pros: Clear Sound, Compact, Easy To Use, Versatile
  • Cons: none
