Excerpt: The AT-2020 is excellent for the price range. I have been able to use it on vocals, acoustics and even guitar cabinets. It gives out detailed and clear sound. It doesn't take away from your instruments and it doesn't add anything. It is like a blank slate. There is not much in this price range that would beat the AT2020. The stand mount it comes with seems to be sturdy as well. The only real downside is that it didn't come with a shockmount.
