Summary: Bought this from Best Buy for 270 as an open box item for my masterbed room system. Best Buy didn't have the remote so had to go to Yamaha and bought a replacement for another $65. But for $335, I feel like this is a great buy. Using it with Mirage OS³-FS speakers. This amp sounds real good.
Summary: Nice unit, I like that I am paying for what I use. I realized that I don’t listen to radio and more to internet radio and MP3 music server. The manual is a bit sparse but the unit is simple. Very nice amp for the price.
Summary: I've own Yamaha components in the past. They perform as close as the specs indicate. This component in particular is an excellent choice for a 2.1 stereo integrated amplifier considering the price I paid.
Summary: This is a very good amp, specially for the price. I bought them to paire with my B & W 685s, they sound great. The power delivery is very adequate. it has many features that work great. The pure direct button is a very good option for people that like natural pure sound.
Summary: A great amplifier: plenty of power; clean sound. Direct hook-up to magnetic cartridge on my turn-table, vinyl never sounded better. The only gripe is that the mute only cuts volume 20 dB, which leaves annoying TV commercials quite audible.
Like others I think this is a good well made piece of gear but could be improved in design

Summary: What I like: Clean simple lines, and simple controls. What I do not like: Really tiny LEDs which are a wee bit too tiny to see from standing position next to my cabinet. Also manual is not as clear on function of the loudness control and how it works, at least to my mind.
Summary: Sounds good, easy to set up. The remote is odd, or maybe it's my brain, because I keep wanting to hold it upside down for some reason. The mute doesn't click the sound off but rolls it down, which I don't see the point of, and there's no visual front-panel indication of how loud the volume is set.
Summary: Very well built, sound quality is amazing, especially used with my DT880 headphone. 2 complaints though, -The remote control supplied is some generic Yamaha model and 2/3 of the buttons on it are useless. -All the knobs are indeed plastic, although functional, but feels a little cheap.
