Summary: This review is for the Roksan Caspian Power Amplifier and not the Integrated Version. My system is composed of the following: Arcam FMJ CD23 cd player (with original factory installed feet removed and replace by 4 size 2 viprapods), Mission 783 speakers (spikes removed), Arcam AVR100 as a preamp,...
Summary: The best budget allrounder out there. excellent sweetness and an overall very good sound. it doesnt have any weeknesses. you can find amps that sound better in any way. but at this price, nothing beats it!
Summary: No expert here. I still use my plain old & fine Marantz CD63 as the CD source. Only recently upgraded from the NAD. I tried both the X-A2 ($600 demo) & the Roksan Caspian integrated. I liked the X-A2. Great detail & amazing power. Hard to reject it after playing a Cake CD.
Summary: I'm using the Caspian Amp & CD combo as a temporary setup to drive my Sonus Faber Electa speakers while I am looking for a new setup in a much higher price-range (Naim, Proceed, Audio Note). The one thing that keeps drawing my attention is the overall balanced quality of the Caspians.
Summary: Used in conjunction with the Caspian Integrated CD, the sound of this combo surpasses anything else I've auditioned. Good, well controlled bass extension, with well defined mid/upper ranges. Works equally well with dance and guitar based music, which is what I mainly listen to.
Summary: One of the most balanced integrated amp I've ever listened to. It has a tendency to do soft or vocal musics better than rock. All I can say is that it is very balanced. Perhaps not accurate but musical without any major flaws. The rolled off treble could be because of the Acustik-Lab speakers.
Summary: The Caspian Integrated is a wonderful, well built, transparent, Awhh, justplain musical. My only problem is that at times it is a little harsh in the high frequencies, which makes it very un-tubelike..
Summary: Bought the amplifier after having to wait for 4 months before new stocks came.Built quality is good and the set feels heavy. Trouble starts after 3 months of usage. It produces cracking sound to the left speakers and a loud thud when turning off the power switch.

Summary: The first thing that struck me about the Roksan Caspian CD player was it's good looks. The front plate is entirely chrome whilst the rest of the box is in elegant black. I just had to hear this box perform, and perform it did.
