Summary: I bought this based on a friend's recomendation & can say He helped Me pick a winner ! Awesome, powerful enough to vibrate the walls ! Matched Up with a good pair of speakers, it has all I'd ever want building a system on a budget. I built this up like one would an old school component stereo system, I have a DVD/Karaoke player, cassette deck, & old-style 3 in one stereo (For Use Of A Turntable - A Good Component Turntable Is in The Works To Complete The Total System) I...
Summary: This is a great amp for the price, is it really 550 watts at 4 ohms im not to sure.. i did blow out a 900watt per coil sub but it wasnt a blown coil it had what i assume was melting of wax or some compound, id say using all channels gets the most out of the amp.. i notice no drop off in power when turning all channels on..
Summary: This amp is very powerful. I have a pair of floor standing Polk Audio speaker (75T model - 8 Ohms 275 Watts per channel), and it works well with it. I'm using it for karaoke mostly and I'd say for $170, it's an awesome amplifier with built in mixer. The reason for 3 stars is the humming sound, I tried everything I could think off and no help.
Summary: This amplifier is a good bang for the buck. I like the easy to use microphone feature and the separate controls for the mic volume. The amplifier is very loud and has a lot of inputs as well as a tuner. The display looks great and can be dimmed. The amplifier is also rack mountable and the sub woofer out volume is a great feature. The remote works well and has an easy way to to trim the bass and treble with one button.
