Summary: I was looking for an integrated amp that had a phono input as well as the usual digital inputs. I have owned this stereo for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier with it's performance. I have it driving a pair of Wharfdale Diamond 10.2 speakers with 12 gauge speaker wire.
Summary: I bought this amp almost a year ago from Amazon & I wanted to give it some time before I reviewed it. I needed a stereo (not surround sound) amp with certain features & this serves all my needs. I also needed an amp that could fit in to a limited shelf space. Most of the amps made now are very big.
Summary: I've been a long time fan of the vintage Marantz equipment and bought this amp to add to my Vintage 1152DC. It's built very solid unlike most of what you buy these days. It has a very solid preamp for a turntable. I run Klipsch Ref 82 speakers and it powers them very well with a good clear sound.
Summary: this is the first speaker amplifier I bought in years, and I have been very happy with my purchase. I use it to drive a pair of Wharfedale Diamond speakers, and use as input (mainly) a Meier Audio StageDAC.
Summary: I have been purchasing hi-fi for over 40 years. The KI series of Marantz equipment where simply superb. Marantz always had a very good brand name. For some time I have been buying higher end hi-fi and on this occasion just wanted a simple amp' for the office TV, blu ray player. Cable TV and PC.
A brilliant amp for £150 that has stood up to my abuse and still sounds good.

Summary: Great amp for £150! Nice metal casing, nice smooth controls, superb audio quality and sounds great connected to my 4 speakers. But for the fact it doesn't have a cooling fan (and it certainly needs one when worked hard) I would have rated it 5 star.
Summary: Does what it says in the specification at a reasonable price. It is the heart of the audio part of my home computer set up, enabling me to drive some decent bookshelf speakers, and to feed phono output into the pc for digitising vinyl.
On paper there's not that much separating with newer model Pm6005

Summary: I not sure paying nearly twice as much for the Pm6005 is worth it i think personaly i can live without the digital out every thing else seems similar i know this has 10 w less power than the Pm6005 but the same band width and as i will be using Q a 2020i i think this would be more than enough to...
