Summary: I've been looking for a steam iron with all the features and is not so heavy as some I've seen. This iron is very good for pressing delicate items and steaming out the tough wrinkles in drapes.
Summary: Not great quality but good enough for how often I iron which is like 4 times a year and only 2-3 items at most. I recently dropped it and part of the iron plate did chip right away but still works fine.
Summary: I got this for less than $10 & it really shows! It's so light it doesnt press ANYTHING! Even when I tried to apply pressure a simple crease wouldn't come out of my scrubs! You know what kind of material that is! Wash & go! LOL. So the steamer doesnt really work & it leaks water when you try to iron! Do not buy this iron!!!!!! Spend the extra $$ & buy a good one!! It's so bad I wont even give it away! Straight in the trash!
Summary: Received as Gift from sister. it worked great for about 30days, tried to press out my shirts to save on the drycleaners bill and the unit started sparking. YES "SParking" did not shut down, i unpluged the unit from wall to prevent any additional damage outside of the fire smoke it caused. I was releaved that i was paying attention and afraid if my kids were using the unit or if it was plugged in unattented and have be successful in starting the fire it attempted.
Summary: Buy with Caution -- They charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns (other than for defective merchandise) and you must contact them within 3 days of receiving your order. There is no phone number anywhere on their website and they have two bad grades from their local BBB (they've only been in business a couple of years). Perhaps this is why: I bought this based on good reviews and price; unfortunately the iron I received was defective.
