Summary: Had a Rowenta steamer before which stopped working after a year and a half. Loved that one. Bought this to replace it and find it much harder to manipulate. The hanger on my previous model rotated to steam front and back.
Summary: I purchased this garment steamer for my 34 year-old daughter for Christmas. I spent a lot of time searching the internet and reading reviews for a good steamer. Macy's had the best price by far for this type of steamer.
Summary: This is one awesome steamer. My husband wears formal shirts to work and I usually have a ton of his work clothes to iron. When I used this steamer it took me 20 minutes what usually takes me 2-3 hours. Love it...
Summary: I received a Macy's gift card for a Xmas gift. I knew I wanted a garment steamer so I did my internet research. I did see that the Jiffy brand kept popping up over and over again but Macy's didn't sell it and I was limited to Macy's.
Summary: I owned a Conair fabric steamer. It broke and I needed to replace it. I thought that I would upgrade to the Rowenta fabric steamer. This decision was mostly because the crease attachment was no longer availiable with the current Conair model.
