Summary: Had a Rowenta steamer before which stopped working after a year and a half. Loved that one. Bought this to replace it and find it much harder to manipulate. The hanger on my previous model rotated to steam front and back. This one does not so I must constantly jockey from front to back, pulling the steam head back and forth around like I'm running around the May pole and tripping on the cord.
Summary: I purchased this garment steamer for my 34 year-old daughter for Christmas. I spent a lot of time searching the internet and reading reviews for a good steamer. Macy's had the best price by far for this type of steamer. The web site was very easy to use and the reviews for the product were extremely helpful. It must have shipped out the same day I ordered the product on-line because it arrived within 2 days.
Summary: This is one awesome steamer. My husband wears formal shirts to work and I usually have a ton of his work clothes to iron. When I used this steamer it took me 20 minutes what usually takes me 2-3 hours. Love it...
Summary: I received a Macy's gift card for a Xmas gift. I knew I wanted a garment steamer so I did my internet research. I did see that the Jiffy brand kept popping up over and over again but Macy's didn't sell it and I was limited to Macy's. I saw a review that did mention this steamer and I thought "well if I don't like it I can always return it". I LOVE IT!
Summary: I owned a Conair fabric steamer. It broke and I needed to replace it. I thought that I would upgrade to the Rowenta fabric steamer. This decision was mostly because the crease attachment was no longer availiable with the current Conair model.
