If I could give it a zero, I would

C. Mattoon "christymatt", Amazon
11 October 2013
  • Summary: I can't agree with the reviewers more. While mine does not drip, it is the most painful iron I've ever used. The handle is SO poorly designed (do manufacturers ever run product tests with the real buyers anymore???) with the grip located more than half way to the rear of the iron, that unless you have a fist of steel, as you move the iron forward the hand slides up to the buttons which spray/mist and OUCH!

Zero is a good grade!

C. Mattoon "christymatt", Amazon
11 October 2013
  • Summary: While mine does not leak, this is the most awkward, painful iron I've ever used. The handle is SO poorly designed (do manufacturers ever run product tests with the real buyers anymore???) with the grip located more than half way to the rear of the iron, that unless you have a fist of steel, as you move the iron forward the hand slides up to the buttons which spray/mist and OUCH! The buttons each have a sharp rather pointed edge on them which truly hurts the hand.

Leaks water all over your clothes

Win, Amazon
11 August 2013
  • Summary: My title says it all. Do not buy this product if you want a quality iron. Simply awful. Oh, not only does it leak, the iron doesn't get hot enough and the auto-shutoff feature doesn't work.

Not a good iron for the long haul...

Talented Mother "Mom on a mission", Amazon
27 August 2012
  • Summary: I purchased this iron as a replacement maybe a year ago, and I am very unhappy to have to shell out more money for another so soon! I should have returned it the first week in owning because it leaked water. But because it didn't leak all the time only when I was ironing something light colored! Only thing I can say good about this iron is that it's heavy and looks good. I would not purchase this iron. I replaced tonght with a B&D.. Wish me luck!

Great heavy iron for my professional clothing.

seesmee, Amazon
14 May 2012
  • Summary: I recently got a job where I need to wear professional clothing every day (mostly a shirt and tie, but sometimes a suit). I got this iron because I needed to upgrade from the cheap plastic deal I was using. I have been really impressed with the reliability and the functionality of this iron. My mom came for a visit and was so impressed that she asked me to come online to order one for her.

Needs a diaper!!!

Ananymous, Amazon
13 May 2012
  • Summary: This thing drips crazy. It needs a diaper. The instructions state that the steam chamber will be conditioned after a few uses and it will seal completely and stop dripping. Even after 7 uses, the iron kept dripping. Not a good product design. Over prized. Also, this iron is pretty heavy and is not easy on your hands.

Leaking Hissing

L. Whieldon, Amazon
21 March 2012
  • Summary: Absolutely awful. Water leaks, no, pours profusely from the iron. The steam setting is bad with either loads or no steam. Its sad that products of such poor quality make it on the market. I bought this trash from Wal-Mart and well, it looks like I'll have to research even an Iron before buying. Keep looking, don't buy this brand.

Cannot view water level

Jeanne, Amazon
16 January 2012
  • Summary: This iron would be so much better if you could view the water level on the iron. Because of the smokey grey plastic it makes it impossible to see whether you need to add water or not. I usually take a flash light to look through the grey plastic. The iron is average weight and does a fair job.
