Summary: We got this iron about 4 years ago and it performs wonderfully. My wife says this is the best iron she has ever used and even with my limited experience ironing I have similar thoughts. Good weight, good digital and mechanical controls, good features and good build quality.
Summary: I bought this iron not much more than a year ago. I really, really loved it!! I work on a private yacht and do a lot of ironing so I know a good product. I had bought this for my home and didn't use it much because I was gone to sea most of the time.
Summary: The iron started out strong. It heated up quickly and evenly. I nice smooth touch on the clothing. Then i came home after a day at work. It was still on from the morning. The auto shutoff did not engage. Nothing burned in the room, but it smelled like a the electronics were fried.
Be very careful with this iron - Possible Fire Hazard

Summary: Bought this in Feb only used it lightly. At first I was happy with how it was working. Then about a week ago I forgot to unplug the iron before I left for work. That evening the iron turned itself back on & proceeded to give off a burnt plastic wire smell.
Summary: At first, the unit worked very well and I loved it. The ironing results were great. But less than 2 months after I bought it, it just stopped working. It wouldn't heat up, and the digital display on it had the "In Standby" symbol which you could not get rid of.
Summary: I bought this iron around d this time last year. It worked pretty well as far as the iron in and steaming. I don't use it a whole lot, would say a couple times per week at most. Within a few months I noticed it was leaking water. Some irons do that when you first plug them in from what I have seen.
Summary: We love this iron BUT this is the second one we have purchased and they BOTH have lasted just a little over a year. Long enough for warranty to run out. They have both had problems where the cord goes into the body of the iron. The cord/wire breaks there where it pivots going into the iron.
