Excerpt: We have only used the scope for birding since our purchase, and it works great. Nice field of view and the eye relief is not nearly as bad as I had read in other reviews. Use a tripod or shoulder stock to stabalize the scope for best results. When using the included hard carrying case, it is a little heavy, but that should be expected if we also want durability.
Pros: Close Focus, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Waterproof
Excerpt: Bought this to dial in my 556 ar, the zoom and quality of the lens was better than i expected. shooting a 556 does not leave a very big hole in a paper target but was no problem at 100 yds and don't think it will be a problem at 200 yds. Eye relief was not good but for a couple hundred it's doable. It did balance out good for the tripod that came with it.overall i am happy with it.
