Summary: I've owned the GuitarPort for over 4 years now. In this review, I want to share my views of why you should own a guitar port even if you have a decent amp, nice effects and good microphones. 1.

Summary: I've owned the Guitarport for way over a year now, and it still impresses me. Put simply, this is a digital multi-fx pedal that runs through your computer, and its possibilities are pretty much endless.
Pros: Price, PC Recording, Many Tones, Intuitive Software .
Summary: I have used this for a year now and prefer using this to my small practice amp. The sound quality is great, not as good as the real amps but good sound when used through a cd player or an amp. The range of sounds is excellent and has all the sounds that you could be needed by most people.

Summary: Guitarport is basically an external sound card that connects via a USB port; you then plug your guitar into it using a standard 1/4" instrument lead. Installing the line6 Guitarport on to your PC is an absolute doddle with clear on-screen instructions that make it fool proof.
