Great purchase

TechNGeek, TigerDirect.com

  • Summary: I purchased this and a less expensive model and found that as usual, C-Labs definately still makes a quality product. The quality of this usb sound device is equal to or better than the sb audigy series and older. Provides outstanding sound with Crysis 2 offering a quality 3d surround experience with my ptronics gaming headset as the usb that came with it died.

Replacement for Onboard

meddster,, TigerDirect.com
21 March 2011
  • Summary: I was looking for a simple way to replace a malfunctioning on-board sound card from. This product was fairly simple to install and work with. Win 8.1 recognized it and it worked out of the box without disabling my on-board card. The tricky part was digging into the Creative Labs website to find the driver that worked with the card in order to access the software features (Win 8.1 was drivers only - no software interface) for Windows 8.1 64 bit.
