    I need to enhance the quality of my VOIP phone which I use for work & it seems to keep cutting out on the clients end of the line like a cell phone going thru a tunnel system- are you there? type thing so I was wondering if I the quality of the sound card would improve it's perfomance?

    Buy an A/V receiver (Denon, Yamaha) Or 5.1 home theater set (Sony). You don't west your money for buy PC sound cards & Speaker's (I have a creative sound card Audigy2 Zs platinum & 7.1 channel creative speakers. One day I lessen Denon AV Receiver sound it’s amazing. So I sell out card & spk & buy AV receiver)
