Summary: After having this product for just under two years now I feel compelled to write a review. My slow cooker recently broke and I have been dealing with Cuisinart's customer service regarding a replacement (still under warranty).
Excerpt: I just got into slow cooking after a friend of mine cooked Venison in a cuisinart slow cooker. After eating the venison I was hooked and needed to get my own unit. very easy to use with awesome results. I cook for a living and have great use for the unit. Giving it a 10 out of 10
Summary: I got this slow cooker to replace a less expensive one from a different brand when I broke the ceramic liner. This one was twice as expensive, but with two small children, I use a slow cooker often and thought that it would be worth it to have a "fancier" one.
Excerpt: I purchased this slow cooker one month ago and have used it several times. It is by far the best slow cooker I have owned. The 3.5 is the perfect size for the 2 of us, plus left overs. The function that sold me this cooker it has 4 heat settings - simmer, low, high and warm.
Summary: best crock pot money can buy. Being a single dad and cooking for my daughter and I, we utilize crock pot meals a lot. I had tried 3-4 different crock pots from Major retailer(wal-mart,meijer,etc) the crock pots from them Either would burn the contents or would not 'step down' the heat.
Summary: Last year my husband called me while I was out. "I hope you're not too upset," he said, "but our son accidentally knocked the slow cooker off the table and it broke." Needless to say, my husband was quite surprised and my son relieved, when I responded, "Hooray!
