Summary: Maybe I have gotten used to the industrial strength shredder at my office, so when I hear the motor on this thing laboring over a few sheets of paper I get concerned; but it appears to be sufficient for our home needs. The hopper is rather small, so pay attention to how full it gets, because if you put it into reverse to clear it while the hopper is full, it will pick up already shredded paper from the hopper and get really jammed up, and you have to clear it all out and...
Summary: This little shredder does its job but as stated in the above review, do not put for than 2 or 3 sheets at a time. It does take credit cards and shreds them but it seems like it was going to get jammed but it kept working. It is a bit loud but not enough to be annoying. The bin is small but we only use it to shred bank documents and crap the comes in the mail.
Good Product for it's price but don't expect mirac

Summary: So when the machine arrived finally it was not heavy at all even though it looks kinda big . I plugged it in and started shredding some documents and whatnot ( the maximum pages I would recommend to put in is around 2-3 FLAT pages ) if you are shredding an envelope make sure that it's being put in at a 90 degree angle or the machine might jam ( the same happens if you put more then 3 pages the machine might jam ) .
Summary: Just the second time I used it, it stopped working and hasn't worked since. Have had previous shredders that turn themselves off to cool down. This one wasn't particularly hot, but has never worked since. No receipt, so can't even take it back. If you get one of these, KEEP THE RECEIPT - YOU'LL NEED IT!
Summary: I bought this shredder few weeks ago.It is noisy, stops and starts and the paper is always stucked .It takes so long to shred the papers. In short it is a long and laborious job.I bought it on its reviews but I wished I had not.
