Excerpt: So far, so good. Very pleased with new shredder. Just like its advertisement, it doesn't jam which is one of the reasons we bought it for our company. Like the cross-cut feature also. Summary: I needed and still need to shred boxes of personal, medical, financial records. A year later, this shredder still does the job with no hitches; no jams; powers through thick sheafs of paper and unopened envelopes of material. Have also shredded credit cards and CDs. Cross-cut is just right; any smaller and there would be too much paper dust to deal with. I recommend this to anyone needing a serious home shredder.

Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Reliable
