Excerpt: The Philips RQ 1095 Arcitec electric shaver is also my companion on all tours and trips. It is small and handy and can be easily carried along on trips. The gadget looks so elegant that I feel proud to possess and use it. The only dampener is its high price that does not make it affordable for all. In fact, I also thought and saved for a couple of months before finally buying it. Otherwise, it is an unmatched product in its category and gives me true value for money.
Summary: After having used blades for decades I found it was time to stop the hassle and get back to an electric razor. I find that I now shave myself more regularly, because it's easier to get an electric razor than foam up and shave with blades. On the upside: Holds a charge well. I've now had it for a couple of weeks and haven't had to recharge it yet. Easy to clean. I haven't used the cleaning solution yet, just flushed it under the cold tap.
Summary: I wanted a second shaver, and I've been really impressed with my existing Phillips shaver so I wanted another, as I know these give a great shave. I went for this one because it has a short recharge time and long charge duration. I also really like the display showing how long the battery will last. I also liked the sound of the gadgets. Its a great shave and it looks very smart.
Summary: Firstly, it's worth noting I am not an Amazon Vine reviewer at the time of writing, so I haven't just recieved one of these for free. In terms of the product, the first thing that springs to mind is the overall build quality. I've knocked mine around while travelling a few times and it just bounces back. So although this would obviously come second to the quality of the shave, it's worth mentioning from the off.
Summary: This replaced a Philishave which has give a reasonable cut for five years. The new razor is stylish but is not a significant improvement on the old shaver. The new design requires a separate charging stand which is quite bulky and is not so convenient when packing for holidays. The Arcitec is easy to clean and maintain. The floating heads are particularly good when shaving the neck area.
Summary: I purchased this shaver when my previous shaver broke when I dropped it... It is the latest version of a shaver that I found to be idea, however I have two small complaints firstly its much noisier than my last Philips and after only a few weeks the charger in the wash unit has stopped working, this however is not enough to return as that is always a hassle and you can still charge it in its own travel hard case which is very useful.
Summary: I have used this shaver for almost 2 months now. The shaver itself is really good - and looks fantastic. It dosen't say very much compared to the Braun shaver I had before this. Only negative is the trimmer which is really bad. But if you have a seperate trimmer it's a great machine!
Summary: very good and usefull and working very good except for the neck. needs little charging time and you can shave many times..65 min when is fully charged. 7 min i am finishing my shave. not a deep shave as a razor but i hate razors.
Reasonable at this price - but not worth the full retail price

Summary: Good points:- 1. Looks and feels great - very well made. 2. It's very quiet. 3. The pivoting heads give good contact around the chin and neck area 4. Very easy to clean, whether using the cleaning unit, under the tap, or just emptying over the bin - well designed and thought out. 5. The shave is acceptably close, but not the closest I've ever had. Bad points:- 1. The trimmer is next to useless.
