Summary: It's broken and Philips no longer have this model in stock. They offered me a 30% discount if I purchased a replacement from them. When I searched the internet for a replacement Philips shaver, even with the 30% discount from Philips, it was still far the most expensive like to like. When I telephoned Philips and explained this their attitude was rude and customer unfriendly and unhelpful. For that reason I went eleswhere and bought a replacement.
Summary: This arrived in packaging with 'Feminine Sensitive Hygienic Wipes' written in large clear text across it. You can imagine how embarrassing this was when it turned up at the office. The shaver is very good and excellent value. You'll need to have a good sense of humour though when it lands on you desk.
Summary: This shaver was defective; it would not respond to the charging procedure so I returned it for a refund. I don't think I would have kept it anyway as the procedure for cleaning it was so complicated.
Summary: Having been a user of phillishave razors for over 30 yrs I must express my dissapointment with the performance of this latest model.I have given it a fair trial for a few weeks but I do not achieve as smooth a shave as with previous models I have cleaned it thoroughly with the jet wash,but still it does not compare with previous models (approx. 12).Has anybody else had the same experience.

Summary: Vorher hatte ich einen Braun, wollte mal was anders ausprobieren, jedoch war nicht wirklich zufrieden mit den Philips, war sehr leise(positiv) jedoch die Rasur dauerte zu lange und war nicht gründlich genug für meinen Ansprüche. Bin bei Panasonic gelandet und werde für den Rest meines Leben auch bleiben, kann ich nur jeden empfehlen denn auszuprobieren.
