Summary: It's a basic model electric razor that doesn't offer some of the more advanced features but did a pretty good job. Out of the box it will take 8 hours to get a full charge, but you can run it with the cord attached and after a scant 3 minutes, should have enough for one shave. The waterproof head is easy to clean--you can just pop it open and run it under the running water. The razor doesn't run well wet, though, so make sure your face is dry before starting.
Summary: This product works well. The blades are sharp enough to do a good job cutting the hair on your face. However, the circular rotary tool has a metal casing that protects your face from being cut by the blades. The shave feels smooth. The grip on the shaver is nice. The charger works nicely. I liked the product. The rotary piece feels sturdy and shaves hard to reach areas well.
Summary: Unlike "T" from Toronto, I found the shaver did a very good job at providing a very close shave with no effort. Maybe he should have tried installing the blade sets. I had a Philips 5821 for over 20 years and liked it well enough but this model is cheaper, does a better job and the Lithium battery is light years ahead of the Ni-Cd batteries in th old one. The pivoting heads also make the shaver a lot easier on the wrist than the old one.
Summary: Everything else about this shaver is correct (powertouch, easy grip, quick rinse, blah blah...) except that it does not do the basic job of... shaving hair! The "Super Lift & Cut Action" does not life super enough and invariably leaves hair between the neck to chin area. As much straight, circular, diagonal motion you do, it just does not work.
