Summary: All the other Panasonic wet/dry shavers I've owned had the same, close blade configuration. This model is weird because the cutting blades are spaced far apart which makes it difficult to shave above the top lip and below the nose. On large exposed surfaces, like shaving cheeks, neck and head it works just fine. The shape of it is different from the four or five others that I've owned and it's not all that easy to hold on to.
no better or worse than every other electric razor

Summary: In terms of performance, no better or worse than every other electric razor, regardless of cost. This one's very well made and worth the money. It's OK for a quick 'refresher' during the day, but nothing more.
Summary: After discovering the cost of replacing the foil and cutters on my last Panasonic shaver was £37 compared to the £26 price tag of this one, I bought this without hesitation. However, I failed to notice that the power supply to recharge the shaver is 220 to 240v instead of the 100 to 240v supply on every other shaver I have ever owned. This makes it useless if you travel abroad a lot.
