Summary: I wanted this because it is washable. But it is better than my old Braun shaver because it is quieter, lighter and gives a marginally better shave. It also avoids the regular use of the expensive Braun cleaning fluid. Thoroughly recommended.
Summary: I will start with saying that I am a novice when it comes to the world of Electric Shaving. I saw this beauty on the amazon's deals at a very attractive price, read the reviews about it and took the plunge. I don't regret buying this Gadget one bit as makes shaving an easy and fun task (No cuts, no irritation of the skin, and all done in 1/4 of time compared the most reputable shaving blades).
Summary: This is my second Panasonic wet and dry, the other one having stopped charging after several years of use. It gives a good clean shave and is comfortable on my skin. The only slightly irksome feature is having a charger stand rather than a cable plugging straight into the razor - it makes the razor top-heavy when charging and prone to tipping over when the ship rolls.
Summary: Having tried and failed with electric shavers over the years I thought it would be great to have one that used foam as well to give a clean shave, The box warns that it can take up to a month for your skin to get used to a different type of shaving but I gave up after a few days as I found I was not able to get nearly a close a shave as with the modern multi blade wet razor and felt I could do with a second shave if I was going out in the evening.
Summary: I bought this as a replacement for my previous Panasonic as it was nearly as cheap as the replacement blade and foil !! However, I had not had it long when it seemed to go pretty blunt and it takes ages every morning to shave. My bristle growth is not particularly strong but it does take me around ten minutes every morning to shave. I clean it regularly and recharge it each week, but I wouldn't buy again.
Summary: Chose the Panasonic shaver after a friend recommendation. It is streets ahead of any other major shaver I have used over the past 50 years. Well done Panasonic., I thought you only made TV sets.
