Summary: Not really thrilled with this purchase. Razor only has 2 vibrating blades under the appearance of the 3 foils. There may be something that moves for the third, but I don't see it nor does my beard realize the results. The 4th blade is only for the long hairs and on two days growth works pretty well. I've tried the "wait 30 days" and it is not satisfactory for something costing this much in my opinion.
Summary: I've used a blade for 50 years, largely because my whiskers tend to grow out "flat" on my neck and jaw line. My brother asked me if I still used a blade - his whiskers grow the same as mine - and he raved about this Panasonic. After one nick too many I took the leap and bought the ES-RF31-S. I'm truly delighted with it. I haven't used the wet/dry feature yet but the shave is smooth and blade close.
Summary: I mostly buy cheap electric shavers, but I found this one on sale for about half price (but still expensive to me) and decided to splurge. I am glad I did. My shave is not only closer, but also much faster than with my old razor.
Summary: As a long time fan of Panasonic, I am very disappointed with this shaver. I only paid $25.00 on Amazon for it, and got what I paid for. It cuts very poorly, and the heads are huge, so I have to use my old Panasonic sa-40 to finish the spots that this shaver misses. I was amazed recently by an email from Panasonic which showed this shaver "On sale" for only $160.00! I suggest another model shaver than this one.
