Summary: I have been a Gillette blade shaver for my entire life because I am one who loves and needs to have an extremely close shave. Naturally, doing this every day causes more skin irritation, cutting, and nicking then one can imagine. Their was no comfort in my daily shave. I have always been afraid to try an electric shaver because I felt that I'd have to spend a lot of money and would still never get a close shave.
Pros: Easy to use, Exceeded expectations, Convenient, extremely comfortable
Summary: just upgraded from the braun pulsonic series 7 this shaver is the best nothing even compares to it. it gives you a shave that is closer then a razor and in half the time of the braun pulsonic wich was preety fast. you can use it wet or dry but ive only used it dry so far and i got no rashes or iritations.
Pros: Compact, Easy to use, Durable, Exceeded expectations, Convenient, fast shaving, no rash or iritation
Summary: This is a fantastic shaver . I have bought several shaver for my father and after 6 months they are pure useless. This one is on the go for a year and its still perfect . It give a close , smooth shave . in double quick time . This is the shaver to buy without a shadow of a doubt. and I am so glad that I purchased it after alot of research. It is expensive but in the long run will work out the most economical. It is worth it .. Go for it ..Go on buy it .
Summary: Without any doubt, this is in my opinion the best electric wet/dry razor available. Unbelievable shaving ability, with a brilliant motor. I found personally that the razor worked far better as a "wet shave", purely because of the sharpness of the blades when used dry. It does not provide a quicker shave, BUT the upside of this is the fact that it does not, in my case at the very least "hack me to pieces".
Summary: Having read good reviews and not being very enthusiastic about current`typical' shavers, I decided to take the plunge and purchased the Panasonic ES LV81. I've been using the shaver for three months and, from previous experience with other shavers, fully expected it not to be as good as when I first used it. Happily, I can say this is not the case. I was pleasantly surprised how close this shaver performs.
Summary: Read the reviews elsewhere (Amazon UK, US, DE, FR, ES) and you'll get the picture that unless you are ambidextrous and use two shavers in each hand, then this "five blader" noisy beast can't be beaten on time-to-clean-shave. The build quality is the best of the Panasonic shavers as it is "Made in Japan" and not the common flimsy Chinese mass manufactured rubbish. However, you pay for this "label" and pay way over the odds.
Summary: I have previously used rather expensive razors from another manufacturer for many years but was disappointed to find that, following a change of formulation of the cleaning fluid, it was stripping the paint off the razors. I wasn't really looking forward to changing to a different brand but the Panasonic changed my mind. The quality of construction is superb, it gives me a great shave very quickly.and the washing station works efficiently.
Summary: So let me put this into context; i have never written a review about anything yet slone feel empassioned enough to write one 3 months after the purchase so take heed of this when you read on. I read a review on this product that complained that the shave left hairs uncut and that the shave was patchy. To this i would say that whilst i don't understand the logic, the shavew actually does improve over time.
