Summary: You have to go over the hairs a lot. I would personally invest in a more expensive one. It takes a long time to remove hairs and the noise is so loud my house mates can hear it from downstairs.
Summary: I would not recommend anyone to buy this product as my skin looked better when i shaved then with the epilator and the hair grows back very fast and spiky. Also it is very time consuming and not all the hair comes off.
Summary: To be honest, I don't like hair removal, I just do it to feel sexy, as am a single woman and being sexy is important when you are single. Obviously coupled women should also feel sexy as well, but to be honest we only make an effort at the beginning haha. Anyways you get used to the pain and after a while the pain does go lessen significantly. Can also use it on bikini areas, but be careful about scarring.
Summary: I was a bit dubious about the whole epilating idea. I've always had problems with shaving rash no matter how careful I am. I'm a total epilating convert now though. Once you get past the initial concern about it hurting a little to pull all those pesky hairs out, it really doesn't hurt that much. It doesn't leave me with shaving rash, and the resulting hair free smoothness lasts longer than shaving.
Summary: The Braun Silk-epil is less painful to use than any of the previous ones I've owned and very effective. I'm very pleased that I purchased this model - it's the best one yet! Amazon delivered promptly as usual.
