Summary: I am from Europe, and I always used epilator since I was 15. Usually, every 2-3 years I buy a new one, and now I am 35. So, I used many different brands and types. However, I would like to share with you that this one is the best for me. The fastest and picks up the smallest hair. My legs never were this smooth before. The only that one might can complain is that this one is a little bit more painful than mine prior ones.
Summary: So i give this 3 stars because it does work. Pulls the hairs out very well. Its painfull. Really. I used it on the bottom part of my legs just fine, but tried it on the bikini area and it was just too awful. The underarms are just as bad. Heres where the problems are. Ingrowns are awful. They literally covered the entire area of my lower legs after two months of use. So i stopped using it.
Summary: I would give this 5 stars for epilation. I tried using an epilator many years ago, and found it horrible. However, decided to give it a go again, and this product truly works. Yes, it is painful. What do you expect when you pull hair out at the root? ;) But, not so painful that you can't deal with it. Try taking a Tylenol an hour before you epilate, that may help. For the legs, I find the pain bearable. For the underarms, it hurts like a son of a b*tch!
great for someone who struggles with daily razor burn and quick growth

Summary: I really do love this epilator and prefer it over all to shaving. My only complaint which is likely not due to the product is that I struggle with ingrowns and many many while growing out get ingrown quite deeply and I end up spending 30 minutes scraping them to the surface before epilating. Also I have to do it more often than most because my hair grows quite quickly.
Summary: Using this product for a few months...Loving it so far.Once you get used to the pain its good going from then. Just use anythig that helps you in reducing the pain. Its far better than going to a salon and can be used at the comfort of your home and at your time and leisure. Initially I was scared to death and could't use it for more than 1 minute. But now its smooth sailing. Overall a great product for someone like me who hates going to the salon. Bravo Braun!!!
Summary: My Mom keeps stealing this from me., This is the best epp. I've come cross yet and hope it becomes available again so I can get one for my mom, so she'll leave mine alone. The service and price were great. EXFOILIATE AND MOISTURIZE EVERYDAY OR YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS. I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE OR HOW GREAT YOUR SKIN IS--IF YOU DON'T EXFOILIATE EVERYDAY YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS!!!
Summary: I bought this product after reading so many favorable reviews about it after my loyal old Remington died after ten years of hard work. However I was disappointed when I tried it. The pivoting head only goes in two directions and frankly is not of any use. Plus the feature that is supposed to massage the skin actually limits the gripping areas for the tweezers .It works much better with that part off but of course it is not safe used in that way.
Summary: I am black so the hair on my legs are pretty shrt and fine. I used to shave, then wax for for a year) then realized I am throwing my money away. Bought this and I am pissed that I did not get it sooner. My threshold for pain is medium. Upper thighs are a bitch since they hurt a tad bit...but everything else is fine. It removes hair (mine at least) that is as least 0.5mm in length. Serious.
Summary: This is my third epilator. I have had another model of Brown and I was very satisfied with it, but I had it for different years and it became old. I wanted to replace it with the same model, but it was an old model and not anymore on sale. So I tried with a model of Panasonic. It was a very bad experience. A bad product, which was painful, it took all day to epilate and after some months it doesn't even epilate anymore.
Summary: This seemed a bit expensive at first, but then I calculated what I was spending on disposable razors and the time involved, this beats disposables hands down. I do not need to shave as often! My daughter was hesitant, but she tried it before her wedding and now I have to buy another one!
